Thoughts, PFI Fans? Are there pros and cons to either we should consider?

Cher pioneered the industry since 1982, becoming a Founding Member of ISES at its inception. Cher has served the industry in various capacities, most notably as VP of Education in 1990 and 1991, under whose leadership the first Certification Program was written and implemented, and as President of the Foundation Board of Education. Cher led various ISES committees and spoke at Chapters nationwide, has been a repeat speaker at The Special Event as well as for other industry and business organizations.
Cher and PFI won (4) first-place Awards at TSE for Tabletop Design, the ISES Spirit of Excellence Award and nominations for both Gala and Espirit Awards. Cher’s community service includes The Pedro Project (see YouTube), in which the PFI’s 25th anniversary was celebrated by leading her community to rebuild a home for a man rendered a paraplegic through an act of violence.
Cher’ Design and Production Company staff are highly trained event professionals; PFI is celebrating its 30th year in business during 2012. In 2008, Cher opened Planning Factory Bermuda with her Bermudian partner, Kathryn Massa. Now the leading event marketing and management firm on island, PFB is producing corporate events and meetings for on-island clients such as Bacardi, HSBC and the Bermuda Insurance Institute, and serving the client needs of local hotels and incoming Incentive or Meeting groups, particularly at Rosewood Tucker’s Point Hotel & Spa. PFB was recently engaged by the Maritime Museum as their exclusive Event Management Company.
